I made this for my girlfriend's birthday. Most of the guests thought they were getting potroast for dinner with a side of mashed potatoes and corn. The bowl for the mashed potatoes was the most challenging...the cake needed to be drier and lighter. It was too moist and too dense for this 3D shape. But it was a great learning experience.
