I borrowed this idea from CC-er, Deana. My son wanted a monkey cake for his 12th birthday. I used a metal measuring bowl for the snout, 8-inch rounds for the head, and cut the ears with a drinking glass from 6-inch rounds for the ears. He LOVED it!! Thanks for the idea Deana.
