How fortunate that I was to have a neighbor whose daughter's birthday was the day that I did this cake in class. It's a moist white cake with homemade marshmallow fondant. The icing was a vanilla pudding. The flowers are made of homemade gum paste and the twizzlers are of homemade fondant/homemade gum paste bond. I was proud of my outcome since this was just the 3rd time I made fondant and the 2nd time it was successful. LOL
