I had so much fun making this cake and yet I couldn't believe how much work went into making it. The cake was a moist white cake. The filling for the bottom tier was a blackberry jelly mixed with cherry jello (dry) and a little bit of butter cream to smooth it together. The top tier is layered with chocolate pudding.

The fondant is a homemade marshmallow fondant with Hershey's special dark cocoa mix. The roses are violet and purple and are made from regular marshmallow fondant.

For the chocolate lovers, out there, this cake was enough to tempt the weakest chocoholic in the crowd.
