This is a 3" cookie divided into quadrants with lace pieces. Each season is represented by a flower: yellow daffodil, pink carnation, orange mum, red poinsettia. The lace pieces were piped onto waxed paper using a #1 tip and melted CandyKote wafers (super white color). Once hard, I flipped the pieces and over-piped with more candy. I wasn't happy with the poinsettia and daffodil, only because the size limitations made them difficult to do.
