I made this cake for my manager who is leaving our company to take some time off. I wanted to make her a cake that would reflect her somehow so I made 4 different views on each side of the cake. The designs are Martha's and Su Yins. Chocolate and White cake filled with chocolate ganache. Cake covered with fondant. Sides represents quilting, fabrics, relax and farewell to work.
