ok.. so, this is my first pumpkin cake.. I wasn't even sure I could do it.. I think it turned out pretty good, but I think I could have done a better job if they would have let me make the whole thing with fondant. I think I will try another one and use fondant this time just for the heck of it. lol. I used a bundt cake pan, but the first cake I made, I only used 1 mix.. well, I realized that wasn't gonna cut it, so on the other half, I put nearly 2 mixes in the pan. I used fondant for the facial and leaf.
