This was a wedding cake I did for my son's friend. This was a 13x 13 square butter cake torted with raspberry filling, 10" hesagon torted, chocolate with rum fudge filling, 6" round lemon torted with raspberry filling. All of the seashells are molded chocolates, the seaweed is piped onto waxed paper royal icing. The coral is white royal icing piped onto a waxed paper hand drawn pattern topped with sugar crystals and nonpareils.
