Thanks to CC'rs for the inspiration for this design! Well, this was my first attempt at one of these....It was a larger cake, to feed about 30 people. Marbled cake with strawberry filling, torted with Chocolate ganache in the middle torte. I'm afraid his shape didn't turn out like I was hoping for but I'll just keep trying! This carving is much harder than i thought! :-)
