Coral reef theme birthday cake for my boss, who is an ex-navy seal diver. Our office is also part of the Coral Reef Conservation Plan. I thought that this would be fitting for his birthday. He and everyone in the office just loved it. Cake is buttercream, vanilla cake w/ raspberry and lemon filling. All fondant accents.
