This cake was made and designed by Chef Mary Spellman of Long Island. It was the first time I (SugarFlorals.com) made seashells. The cake was for a celebrity wedding in The Hamptons, August '08. The shells, coral and pearls are gumpaste. The coral seafans were royal icing.
