This is a 8 / 10 stacked sinfully chocolate cake with caramel filling. The recipient was a 12-yo girl who was completing her chemo therapy, and her parents threw her a huge party bash. The girl loves Japanese animae, so it was a Japanese party theme. I'd been wanting an excuse to do this cake, and I LOVED how it turned out. The client was extremely happy as well.
