This was a promotion cake for a guy I work with . This was a chance to use my large impression mat that I had bouoght at the ICES convention this year. 3 layer 8" chocolate cake , filled with raspberry, covered in BC and Ganache and then a chocolate wrap using the dots and circles impression mat. Mat was very easy to use, can't wait to try it on crusted buttercream next. Strawberries on top id]]dipped in choclate and striped with white chocolate. TFL Lori
