Baptism Cake
I learned a ton of lessons with this one since it was my first stacked cake. First, always use crusting buttercream under fondant. I used a non-crusting chocolate frosting and it was a mess!! Second, if you do polka dots, don't do them under the ribbon. Ugh. It was a mess but I think I cleaned it up ok. The cake is chocolate with peanutbutter filling and chocolate frosting with fondant. The bottom layer is yellow cake with apriciot and raspberry filling.
