I made this cake in a hurry. I wish I'd had time to make buttercream, but I just used canned cream cheese frosting on chocolate cake. There is a picture of my friend's face, and then I drew a body on her using frosting. She was leaving her job as a phlebotomist, so there is a syringe full of blood in her hand.
