I got this idea from Imn4881 and really liked everything about that cake so I made it just like that one, I hope you don't mine me borrowing you idea, I just thought it was a really pretty cake. This was also for a retiring dentist. I made a 11x15 sheet cake and carved the tooth shape from that. I made the toothbrush teeth and floss from fondant.
