This is a cake I made for a retirement party. The person retiring likes golfing and fly fishing so I was asked to try to combine the two in one cake. I covered the cake with fondant. Used an airbrush to get the basic blue and greens on the fondant. I made the flags out of fondant. The fisherman was sculpted out of rice crispie treats and covered with fondant. I hand painted the trees and golf greens using food coloring. The water was made with the homemade piping gel recipe from this site.
