ok this is the first large cake i have made with fondant. It was hard to cover the larger pieces witht the fondant. The over all apperance of the cake is what they want but im sad that the middle piece buckled a little when i put it on the cake. The 350 pearls I rolled by hand and I made the bow with gum paste. The fondant is white chocolate which i made.
