This is my final cake for Level 1. I did the rose spray with the ribbon first, but the ribbon fell, so when I got home, I scraped everything off and made it my own. My icing was smooth as silk until I scraped everything off. I was very pleased with my roses and shell border. The rest, not so much! :)
