This is my 30th Birthday Cake. It was my first ever tier cake and I learned a lot. The cake is Darn Good Chocolate cake with espresso in place of the water. In between the layers is coffee flavored buttercream. On top are chocolate buttercream roses, and around the bottom are chocolate covered coffee beans. This cake meets all of my daily needs coffee and chocolate! To make the flowers and butterflies I pressed gel stamps into the crusted buttercream and filled in the lines. Very easy!!!
