First-- thanks to Stellastarchild & McMama for the inspiration, I fell in love with their shoes! I worked on these so hard, in fact, I remade them 4 times! I did make them smaller, as they are going on a small personal cake for a good friend's baby shower in Aug. I had trouble with the laces, so decided to use sheer polka dot ribbon. A real labor of love but I sure did learn a lot from these little shoes. Thanks too to everyone here for their tips on using gumpaste/fondant. Melissa
