UGH, this cake came with many challenges including: Not mixing enough icing color for the bamboo sides of the hut (note the 2-tones), having the icing on the hut crack and break when I stacked the tiers, the weight of the "thatched roof" caused it to crack slightly, and when going to take pictures of it, my camera battery died and the battery was low in my old camera but after taking 2 photos the memory card was full... how cute. Everyone ended up loving it so that was what mattered. Thanks for ideas!!!
