I made this for fathers day for my husband. It is a half sports ball pan covered in fondant and the brim is gumpaste covered in fondant. i used the satin ice blue but had to put some purple and black food coloring in it to make it the shade i wanted. I traced the brim of hubbys hat first then cut it out of gumpaste and let it dry over a can the right shape to get the curve, i also traced the "B" and cut that from gumpaste and then piped red bc over the gumpaste.
