This cake is my mothers banana cake recipe with mango, pineapple, filliing that I made from a freezer jam recipe that I created myself. Frosted in buttercram and then a fondant border with fondant calalilies. I wanted to practice a few different things so I decide to make this cake as a practice cake, I tried a new buttercream recipe that I got off of CC and the roller I got to make the fondant border.
