I made these mini cupcakes to take to work for the holiday. The blue ones are chocolate w/BC, then red ones are butter cake w/BC and the white ones are lemon cake w/crusting cream cheese icing. They are in a full sheet box, and everyone at work LOVED them! Now, if only they would order a cake...
