A friend of mine was on a tight budget and asked me to do her wedding cake. I had taken the 1st two Wilton courses and had tinkered with other cakes a bit, so I told her if she was willing to be my first guinea pig I would charge her for the ingredients and the cake itself would be my wedding present. (she's just a real cutie) So, I found some snowflake cookie cutters, browsed the web for brilliant tips and info, and took to making it. Anywho, this is it. My very first wedding cake. :)
