I made this for my friend as her gift. A LOT of lessons learned. This was my first Weddding cake and my first four tier cake! I would have made the bows beforehand and let them dry, it was a pain doing it the night before. My buttercream was way to soft and almost sagged on the bottom tier (only I could tell though) and I learned that its easier for me to first stack then frost. I frosted the second tier and tried to stack it and I made a mess.
