This cake was a 3 tiered stack of books and grad cap cake. The cap is white cake the middle book is lemon, and the bottom is marble all cover in buttercream. I had a hard time with the top of the hat...it was gumpaste that seemed to be completely dry until the drive to deliver it!! GRRR!! Anyways, the customers were happy with it and that's all that matters. I could sit here and pick out a million flaws in this one but, that's me...my own worst critic.
