I am so disappointed in this cake. After I smoothed it and it set over night it started looking rough. It is made with Chocolate DH mix. Now an hour before my friend is to come and get it I notice it is oozeing choc. from underneath the bottom layer of roses. This is the 1st and maybe the last chocolate stacked cake I do. My other wedding cakes did not do this. But they were white though. You can look at the pink polka dot wedding cake and the fondant roses one in my pics. What Happen???
