My version of the Cactus cake made with the Wilton sports ball pan. Spikes are made from Royal icing. (Hint: makes lots of them - they are very fragile!!) Cake is iced in all b/c. Flower is gumpaste/fondant. Dirt - Oreo cookies!! As always, thanks for your comments. This was a fun cake to do!!
