This is my Easter cake I made. It is (suppose to be) a duck. It is covered in fondant and one of the hardest cake i have ever made since im 12. My mom helped me with the beak because it kept falling down.. For the eyes, mouth/beak I put a peice of angel hair pasta to keep it still..
