Chocolate Guiness stout cake with cream cheese icing in bridal colors. Bummed out about the layers settling and icing cracking, but not sure how to avoid it. It happened mainly after I added the bottles and "ice". My first attempt at sugar bottles, thanks Sweet Results!! Ice was rock candy, as I ran out of time to make my own.
