Yes, he was Red Velvet and cream cheese inside. He was done with round cake on its side - I didn't want to... but, boss always wins. We live in Chattanooga and I guess it was close enough to Louisiana that the groom wanted him. I got his head ALL wrong, but it's Cake! The blue accents around the circles was a blue/black petal dust that I used to accent him and then airbrushed him with the black. I hope he at least makes ya'll smile.
