Simply a Keebler chcolate covered grahm cracker on top of a mini Reese's peanut butter cup, held together by a dab of peanut butter. Tassels are cut from a fruit roll-up, "wetted", and stuck on. Not my original idea, can't remember where I saw it but always wanted to try them. I made these to go on cupcakes for a group of high school seniors that I teach. Thanks for looking!
