Mini Cupcake Bouquet
These are my first cupcake bouquets. Once I figured out the structure things went smoothly. They are white mini cupcakes (11) with Strawberry buttercream frosting. I am pleased with how they turned out. Thanks for the great idea Cambo! BTW the pots are cute coffee mugs that I bought at the dollar deals store.

To make the strawberry BC I just added 2 capfuls of Strawberry flavoring (McCormic) to my double batch of BC frosting. It was yummy and made the flowers smell great!

Cambo has a great tutorial on how to make these and that is where I learned how to make the "rose look". You use a 1M tip and start in the middle of the cupcake and using your wrist (not your whole arm) you make the circles. This make the frosting twist so it looks like a rose. Maybe some day I will learn to make the real thing but until then I am going to keep making these. :wink: (hope that makes sense!)
