Gift Wrapped Cake With Flowers
It is a 4 layer (2 chocolate, 2 vanilla) cake with cream cheese icing between each layer. This was my first time working with fondant. I wanted brighter colors than the Wilton Course book requested! This cake was made on April 15, 2008.
I think you did a great job, hard to believe this is your first fondant cake.
Great job with the fondant. Have you tried MMF? It tastes good and is very easy to work with, and the ingredients are easily purchased.
