This was my first purse cake and was it a challenge. I was asked to do
a cake for a fashion show/ charity. It was auctioned off and I sure hope
someone needed a cake for the weekend.
Thanks for the kind words. The C's were done by printing the size I wanted and then taking acetate, I used my kids school folder, and made a template. I then rolled my fondant and cut each one out. It was time consuming, so next time I will think of an easier way. Air brushing a stencil will be my next attempt. I figure I did 36 C's so and gave out; hence the reason there aren't any on the pocket. But it looks okay that way I think.
