It was a chore because I decided I wanted to use real marshmellows. The key to using the real marshmellows was to put them on a skillet and get them warm but not completely melted so that they would stay together then I loosened one side of the marshmellow with my finger to make it sticky and stuck it on there. If you melt them too much, they stick to your fingers, then they make a mess of your frosting. I also put some buttercream blobs intermingled with the marshmellows to fill it in. Good luck!
awesome cake--how did you get the handle to stay on the side?
It was a chore but I used piping gel and put toothpicks in the handle
