My first attempt at a sheet cake and fondant figures. I was inspired by photos of Christy's Cakes and a tutorial I found on CC for making the fondant chicks. I used the 12x18 Wilton pan but realized I would need 2 layers to make it big enough and filled it with chocolate mouse. The whole layering was a disaster and the cake fell all apart. I have been asked to make a sheet cake for 60 for a friends First Communion and will definately search here for help! Thanks!
