Easter Cookies
My very first decorated cookies. I know they are very far from perfect, but I was actually please with some of them considering it was my first try. I'm sure I'll get better with practice.
I love the contrast from the chocolate cookies and the pastel colored icing. Very pretty for your first try. Keep practicing and you'll discover a whole new world of design...then you can let me know your secret!! :D
That's a great first try. You did an awesome job! Is that royal icing? I haven't used it yet. It kinda scares me....like fondant does. LOL
It is royal icing. I tried a few of them without a border and they did not turn out well, I guess I need more practice before I can do that well. The ones that I bordered & then flooded turned out much better.
