Confirmation
I really didn't know what I was going to do for this cake but after looking through the galleries and getting some ideas this is what I put together. It is a whole sheet cake with a ten inch on top. It is iced in butttercream and all of the decorations are MMF The dove and the swags are dusted with luster dust. This was the first cake that my roses really turned out so I was pretty happy with it. TFL
Beautiful cake. Love the detail. How did you get your buttercream so smooth? Was the buttercream on the stiffer side or really soft? :)

Thanks so much! I just follow the Wilton buttercream recipe. I don't think it down so I guess it is medium. I use the Viva paper towel method to smooth and I have gotten a lot better with practice.
