Springtime Bliss
This is a triple fudge cake torted and filled with cream cheese filling and Hazlenut Chocolate Ganache made from scratch. It is frosted in a Vanilla Butter Nut Butter Cream frosting. I constructed the floral from gum paste and piped the scroll work with royal. The butterflies are gelatin with gum paste bodies. I donated this cake as a alumni of my high school, it was silent autioned for the class of 2008's chemical free party. Thank you for looking
