Thank you - I wrap them with clear bags and mold them with clear tape to fit the cookie. I use wilton sticks and hot glue extensions to the ends for height. I use floral foam. Just RI and NFSC.

Sorry I hot glue wooded sticks on the end of the wilton cookie sticks for height. :)
