I made these cakes for a baby shower on Sunday. The diaper bag is a chocolate fudge cake with buttercream and fondant. The belly cake is vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream and fondant. The shoes are gumpaste. Thanks for all of the inspiration and thanks for looking.

I used the Betty Crocker Ice Cream Cake pan for the belly cake. It's a round ball like pan with a smaller insert. My mom ordered it from a commerical on tv about 3 years ago. The diaper bag is just a 9x13 cut into three pieces and stacked.
