This is the cake I was so honored to do. It's was for a memorial for a fallen Police Officer that died in the line of duty last year. The police hat is carved out of RKT and covered with fondant. I made a gumpaste mold for the hat badge and buttons and the bill is molded out of gumpaste as well. The flag is fondant. Special thanks to bdrider for helping me!
