i like how there is no seam, do you outline first?

Thanks for the compliments! No-- I don't outline. I hand paint my cookies, rather than using the dam & flood method. It's a lot easier for me, gives me more control, and I like the seamless look. For detail work and lettering, I'll go ahead and use a piping bag.
