Seashell And Coral
This is one of my entries in the 2008 AZ Cake Show. Dummy cake covered in MMF with all handmade seashells, coral and pearls. No molds were used. Fan coral and seaweed piped in royal icing. Painted with luster dusts.

oh see! I was going to enter. After seeing how beautiful your cake is, I am not going to do that. Just joking, I wasn't going to enter. That is the most beautiful seashell cake though.

I don't usually like shell cakes, but your is beautiful! What photo program to you use to edit the frames around your pictures?
I used super pearl,violet and blue luster dusts. And I use PaintShop Pro to make the borders on my photos.

Thank you all! The luster dust colors on the cake itself were actually painted on with a brush.

Update: I entered this cake in the County Fair in April and it won a 1st place blue ribbon! Woohoo! :D
