It is a 1/4 sheet cake iced in cho butter cream. The wagon was made in a loaf pan for the top and 1/2 of a 8" square pan for the base of the wagon. I just carved it the shape I wanted, iced it in bc, layed a thick bead of butter cream in strips across to look like ribs and covered with mmf, the bottom is covered in chocolate clay and the details are mmf.
