i did this cake a year and a half ago for my hubby's birthday. he is really into bonsai trees and has a few. pot terra cotta colored fondant with fondant rocks. tree is floral wire formed into a tree shape then covered in fondant. leaves are gumpaste "glued" on to branches with royal icing.
