Ho-Ho
Chocolate cake with buttercream filling. Dark chocolate ganache on the outside. This was made for a 40th birthday party for a guy who they call "Ho-Ho." This cake joined the "twinkie" cake (his college roommate "twinkie" who is also turning 40.)

thanks! I had a lot of fun with this one! I used three 9x13 sheet pans, stacked, then carved it. :)
